The company was born from the association of a group of professionals, with undisputed skills and reliability, with experience gained in over thirty years of activity as designers and consultants in the sector of large civil engineering works, with specialization in the fields of geotechnical engineering and of underground works.

Andrea Antiga
Andrea. 30 years of experience in the area of geotechnical and underground structures.
Former Technical Director of Soil S.r.l. (2008-2018) and Partner until December 2019. He signed for it, during his stay, all the underground works projects and most of the geotechnical engineering ones. In the years 2019-2020 he was Technical Director and Procurator of the Afry group Italian branch.
It can show off consulting and design activities for more than 150 bored tunnels and for numerous geotechnical engineering works, hydrogeological risk preventions, landslide stabilizations and environmental protection works. He was responsible for technical assistance and design for construction, for works whose value exceeds EUR 440 million and for final and detailed design services for works whose value exceeds EUR 1,400 million. He has carried out, internationally, independent check activities of many projects whose total value exceeds EUR 3,400 million.
Co-founder, in 2014, of INBECO Association (www.inbeco.org) with the purpose of promoting cultural and vocational training in the field of disciplines related to infrastructure construction.
Executive Board Member of the Italian Tunnel Society (www.societaitalianagallerie.it) for the three-year period 2020-2022.
Has held geotechnical and tunneling courses and is author of various publications in the underground and geotechnical works sector.

Michela Chiorboli
Michela. She worked for thirty years in Engineering Company, private e public (Garassino S.r.l. of which she was also partner, Montgomery Watson S.p.A., Italferr S.p.A. e Metropolitana Milanese S.p.A.) gaining experience in design, coordination and managment of integrated infrastructure project, especially in the field of transport infrastructure (roads, railways, subways).
She was involved in the design and construction of over 40 km of subways line and 40 underground stations, over 200 km of road interventions (for works amount exceeding 4.200 Mio Euro) and various railway interventions. In the road sector she was Project Manager for the technical-administrative support and verification activities of the Final Project (project financing) of the Bre.Be.Mi highway until approval and later as High Surveillance until the inauguration of the highway belt.
She supported the RUP in the preparation of the final documents for the Final Design approval of the Pedemontana Lombarda Highway and she is in charge of third party inspection in ICMQ S.p.A.
In August 2020 she founded More Engineering S.r.l. where she is CEO.
Lecturer at the Politecnico di Milano, speaker in numerous congresses and seminars and author of publications in specialized journals for geotechnical issues, underground works and public works management.
President and CO-founder of the IN.BE.CO Association.

Pietro Coppola
Pietro. 18 years’ experience in civil infrastructure design (roads, railways, subways), geotechnic (shallow and underground structures, land protection) and seismic engineering, both nationally and internationaly. He practiced both as freelance consultant and as in engineering company. He worked in Soil S.r.l. (2003-2019) as Project Manager and in AF Italy S.r.l. (AFRY Group) as Project Leader/Senior Geotechnical Engineer (2019-2020). In Soil was also Head of the Numerical Modelling Department and Project Manager for Design activity and for Technical Support in Costruction Phase of many project.
The main reference are the design and assistance in construction phase of natural tunnels in the A2 Highway Project - lot ASR17 and in the SS106 Statale Ionica (Gioiosa Jonica and Palizzi), the Final Design of the Genoa-Ventimiglia Railway Line Project and the Detail Design and the assistance in construction phase of the M1 line of the Milan Metro (Cinisello-Monza section). Moreover, he participates at the Design Group of the recovery of the wreck of the Costa Concordia and the project validation of the Final Design of the Messinas’s Strait Bridge as head of the validation group for the underground structures both on the Calabria and Sicily side stand out.
Since January 2021 he is part of More Engineering S.r.l. where he is responsible for the engineering activities.
He has relevant experience in the use of advanced numerical codes for the structural and geotechnical 2D and 3D modelling, both in static and seismic behaviour.
He has a thorough knowledge of both national and international technical Code (Eurocode and various national annexes).

Massimo Lorenzi
Massimo. Esperienza di 15 anni nella progettazione di opere infrastrutturali (strade, ferrovie, metropolitane) con specializzazione in ambito geotecnico (opere all’aperto ed in sotterraneo, di difesa del suolo) e in zona sismica sia in territorio nazionale che internazionale.
L’attività è stata svolta interamente all’interno di società di ingegneria: presso Soil S.r.l. come progettista e come responsabile di progetto (2006-2019) e successivamente in Rocksoil S.p.A. come ingegnere geotecnico Senior - responsabile di progetto (2019-2021).
Tra i principali lavori: la progettazione esecutiva e di dettaglio in corso d’opera della Galleria Casalnuovo della Linea ferroviaria A.V. Napoli – Bari, tratta Napoli – Cancello,
L’assistenza in corso d’opera per la realizzazione di gallerie naturali sull’Autostrada A2 lotto ASR17, sulla SS106 Statale Ionica (Gioiosa Jonica e Palizzi), il Progetto Definitivo del raddoppio della Linea ferroviaria Genova-Ventimiglia ed il Progetto Esecutivo e l’assistenza in corso d’opera della linea M1 della Metropolitana Milanese (tratta Cinisello-Monza).
Da Ottobre 2021 fa parte di More Engineering S.r.l. in qualità di Project Manager.
Possiede una rilevante esperienza nell’utilizzo di avanzati codici di calcolo numerico per la modellazione di strutture e terreno in 2D e 3D, sia in ambito statico che sismico.
Ha una conoscenza approfondita della normativa tecnica sia nazionale che internazionale (Eurocode e vari annessi nazionali).
